Content and Qualifications
The primary goal of the study program is to educate and train students to work as Islamic religious education teachers in primary and secondary schools. The curriculum includes subjects that, through their content and syllabi, highlight the fundamental dimensions, principles, and teachings of Islam. The program also covers subjects in pedagogy and psychology, as well as foreign languages.

Expected Competencies
Upon completion of the program, students are qualified and prepared in the field of Islamic religious education and are familiar with the most advanced achievements in this field. They apply detailed knowledge and critical understanding of principles related to Islamic religious education. Students communicate using knowledge of at least one or more foreign languages (with particular emphasis on the importance of Arabic as the language of the Qur’an and Islamic sciences) and communication technologies, conveying information, ideas, problems, and solutions to both specialized and non-specialized audiences in the study area. They gather and interpret relevant data within the field of Islamic religious education, making judgments that include reflections on relevant social, scientific, or ethical issues. Graduates are equipped to work professionally in intercultural and inclusive environments.
