A meeting of the Scientific Committee France-Bosnia and Herzegovina organised by the French Institute in Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in the dean's office of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo on 25th October 2019. Representatives of the University of Bihać were expert adviser for international cooperation Alma Bosnić, expert adviser for scientific research Džalila Muharemagić and expert adviser for student issues Nermina Badić.
The aim of the meeting was to present the universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina that have not had the opportunity to cooperate with universities from France within the Erasmus+ ICM exchange program and on this occasion the University of Bihać and the University of Tuzla had the opportunity to introduce and meet representatives of universities from France.
The presentation was followed by talks with representatives of the University of Poitiers, the University of Lyon and the University of Montpellier. The meeting was more than successful, concrete cooperation was agreed as well as applications for funds in the next Erasmus+ call in 2020 that would enable our and French students, teaching and non-teaching staff to spend a certain period of study or training on one of the future partner universities, i.e. at the University of Bihać.
