The Rectorate is the body which organizes and manages the University of Bihać. The head of the Rectorate is the Rector of the University of Bihać who manages the University along with the other members of the Rectorate: Vice-Rector for Teaching and Students Affairs; Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation; Vice-Rector for Finances and Development; Secretary General; Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer.

The Rectorate consists of several offices: Office for Teaching and Students Affairs; Office for for Research and International Cooperation; and Finance Office with Accounting Department and Finance Department.
